Sunflower heads are one of the most liked treats. Each piece if different size and some are quite large. 
 
We do recommend either cutting them or giving them for a few mins at a time so your hamster doesn't have it all at once.  
 
We recommend freezing Sunflower Seed Heads for 48h and letting them fully dry before use.
